Salmon...genetically altered.



I recently came across an article discussing the topic of genetically altering Salmon. I found it interesting as I'm a big seafood fan and thought that this would be something worth knowing about. The developer states his case for decreased pollution and overfishing but at what cost?   1. Really interesting topic and link. Consider overviewing the pros and cons in the text of your blog. As a seafood eater and skeptic of the FDA, I hope to follow this story. I also wonder if anyone has considered the mercury level in the fish and if there are any differences there? Maybe I am just paranoid?
